Collective Haul – H&M, Divisoria, Watsons

20 May 2016

Are (collective) hauls even a thing in the blogging world? I honestly don't know. Nonetheless, here's one for your amusement. I don't know about you, but I find going through other people's "shopping bags" quite interesting. That sounds weird, and I'm sorry, but I like to think that the things people normally shop for tell so much about their personalities. In a way, it's like getting to know them from a different perspective. Also, I think we all love (or maybe even just enjoy) shopping.

 H&M Sweater

You know that crazy sale H&M always has from time to time? I was there. I've witnessed it. The prices went sooo unbelievably low that I just instantly felt like taking advantage – otherwise, I know I would regret it. The mark downs were pretty serious being that they were mostly about 70% off. You can get a pair of high waisted flare jeans for only Php 200. I know, that's crazy. But also, real. Definitely watch out for more H&M sales in the future because they really get so generous.

 GoPro Accessories

(Ofeely Shockproof Waterproof Hard Case, 3-Way Grip + Arm + Tripod, Chest Mount Harness)
I've been using my GoPro a lot, especially to film for my personal vlogs. And so far, I really really like it. When we went to the mall the other day, I finally got myself to invest in the GoPro accessories that I've been eyeing (above) just because I know that I will actually be using them. As I've said, I enjoy using the camera. If you have a gadget (like a camera or a phone or whatever), and you're thinking of upgrading it in any way, you might want to consider a few things first. If you know, and you are sure that you can make the most out of its use so that in the end its pricey amount will be worth it, then definitely go for it. But if you honestly think otherwise, then maybe you can invest you're money in other things. Disclaimer: This is just an advice based from my own personal experience.

 Sleeveless Plaid Tie-Front Shirt
I've always wanted a plaid shirt, but I'm talking about the long sleeved button down one – not this, obviously. However, one time in Divisoria when my sister was too busy trying on clothes and I was getting bored already, I wandered by myself and saw this sleeveless plaid shirt that ties in the front (basically what it's called, haha). I know it's not my style, and I wasn't even sure that it's going to look good on me, but I decided to try it on anyway. Surprisingly, my mom + my sister + my auntie + even I ended up liking it. I also tried a red one on, but we all agreed that it looks kind of like a table cloth, so I got this blue one instead. I've already posted a selfie with it on Instagram, but I haven't exactly worn it outside because I'm saving it for an exciting trip. *wink*

 Boho Chic Romper

In the summer, I'm normally a "t-shirt + jean shorts" kind of girl. But this year, I sort of unknowingly changed my style a bit and became a little girly, hihihi. I've been wearing more dresses and rompers (or playsuits, I don't really know) than ever. This is already my 4th piece, but I'm willing to get more. They're so light and comfortable – that is until I have to pee. Eh, what's a little bit of suffering when you want to look cute?

 Navy Blue Suede Floppy Hat
This is my ultimate favourite thing in the whole wide world right now. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but I love how it goes with absolutely everything. Promise. It's a nice girly switch for me from wearing my New York Yankees baseball cap every time.

Story Time:
My sister actually was the first one to get a floppy hat exactly like this (only in black). She brought it with her when we went to London last December to give a little bit of pizazz to her ootd, lol. On our way to Windsor, while waiting for our train in the station, she posed for a picture near the platform. Suddenly, a strong gush of wind blew her hat away and right between the railways it went. Everyone who saw was in panic, and my sister was turning red of embarrassment. Moments later, a train passed by and poof! We never saw her floppy hat again.

Anyways, she got a new one (also in black) when I got mine. So I guess that's a happy ending after all?

 Floral Skater Skirt
I love floral printed clothes, bags, shoes, pens – basically just all kinds of floral things. I love them all.

 Face + Hair
(Céleteque Acne Spot Corrector Gel, Nivea Protect & White Face Sun Block with SPF50 PA ++, L'oréal Paris Smooth Intense Shampoo and Conditioner)
These are just your typical summer essentials, really.

And that is it for my first ever haul on the blog. I hope you guys liked it. If you want more of this kind of posts then feel free to comment down below. Have a lovely day wherever you are, take care always, and love lots!

  1. Nice post, bes! I am using my laptop now and I am liking your new fullscreen header.

I'm with you on this! This is the very reason why I have long planned to buy a new lens for my SLR camera but I haven't. I don't really know if i would be able to maximize its use.

On another note, it seems like I cannot borrow any of your clothes, even your sweater! HAHAHAHA. They're too big for me...
