Pattaya, TH: We Had Fun At The Best Waterpark Ever!

May 21, 2016

I forgot to tell you guys before we even left, but we went to Thailand last week. And we actually just got back the day before yesterday. We stayed for a total of 2 nights and 2 days in Pattaya where we first checked out the Ripley's Believe It or Not! World of Entertainment. Our hotel was apparently located to be approximately just a 5-8 minute walk away from the place, which proved to be very convenient for us.

Indeed, it was more than just the usual (1) Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum, which exhibits all kinds of weird stuffs and facts, because we also got to try lots of other things. We got a package of 4 attractions including (2) Louis Tussaud's Waxworks, basically a Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum replica except that the latter is better, in my opinion; (3) Haunted Adventure, which we didn't try because we were absolute wimps who all backed out last minute after seeing a couple being chased by a zombie with a chainsaw (fake of course, hahaha); and (4) The Vault, the very first lazer maze challenge I have ever tried with my sister. We got "Level: Expert" after breaking just 11 lines, beating the boys (my brother and my cousin) who only got "Level: Medium." But in their defense, they didn't take the challenge seriously at all, hahaha.

Oh and by the way, if you ever find yourself in Pattaya, their songthaew taxis (above) are a good way to get around places. Trying it made me feel like I'm riding a jeepney or a multicab back home. Plus, they're cheap, too – for only 10 Baht or 14 Pesos each passenger.

Disclaimer: The picture above is not mine. I just took the liberty of editing it to match my own shots.

The next day, we went on a 2-hour mini bus ride from our hotel to the Cartoon Network Amazone. It was a very hot day, but little did we know that we were just about to experience the best water park ever!

I even posed for a couple of pictures with my new bff, Chowder!
PS: He leaned on me (as seen on the second picture), and we almost fell.
PPS: I'm wearing that sleeveless plaid tie-front shirt I talked about in my last haul!

Here's a video to sum up all of our adventures in Pattaya, Thailand! Stay tuned for more video blogs about our Thailand trip by subscribing to my YouTube channel – yes I finally made it a thing, hahahaha.

Have a nice day wherever you are, take care always, and love lots!
