Seoul, Korea: Days Four & Five

May 27, 2015

The 4th day was probably the most planned out of all our itineraries. We knew exactly where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. Once again, we took the subway. But this time, we went to a much farther place, a small province outside Seoul. As expected, the ride was longer – which was a good thing because we were able to rest a bit on the train. Upon getting off the last station, we were told that we have two options to get to the actual destinations, Petite France and Nami Island – (1) grab a taxi or; (2) opt for the whole day bus tour.

In contrary to the 4th day, this day, the 5th and last, was definitely the least planned. We originally decided to spend the entire morning, packing our stuff and anticipating our flight in our cozy hotel room as we were all just really tired.

But then my mom saw this not-so-far amusement park thing on the internet, which sounded really appealing to her. And she convinced us to pack faster so we can go visit the place. At first, we were a bit hesitant, what with all the resting we could do, but then finally agreed. And we were glad we did.

If you want a round trip from Asia to Europe, this is the place you'd want to be.

Overall I really enjoyed this trip, and I loved documenting it. In the near future, I hope to explore the other parts of Korea as well.
